School Dress Code

For the past couple of years the Rutherford County Board of Education has been discussing the topic of standardized dress codes in their schools. A standardized dress code is when the entire school is wearing the same "uniform". All schools have an overall dress code policy but the question of a standardized dress code is a current topic being discussed. What are you thoughts on this topic? Should the board enforce the policy or let each school determine their own dress code?
